To maintain a clean, professional, and efficient workspace, all guests and clients must follow our studio guidelines:

• Only authorized personnel and scheduled guests are allowed in the studio.

• Food and drinks are not permitted near equipment or production areas.

• Pets are not allowed unless part of a pre-approved production.

• All guests must arrive on time and respect the scheduled production timeline.

• Any damage to equipment or property will result in a replacement or repair fee.

Absolutely. Our team frequently travels for on-site photo and video shoots, whether at your business, event, or another creative location. Travel and setup fees may apply depending on the project.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For larger productions or brand campaigns, booking 1 month ahead is ideal to allow proper planning and setup.

Roze Media provides only the final edited and approved files that meet our professional quality standards. Raw files remain the property of Roze Media unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
